These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clean Core, LLC, a California limited liability company ("ARC," "we," "us," or "our").

4. Early Access and Waitlist

Submission of your email address for early access does not guarantee admission to any ARC platform, service, or community. ARC reserves the right to grant or deny access at its sole discretion. Joining the waitlist creates no contractual obligation on ARC's part to provide any service, membership, or investment opportunity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to ARC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

The "ARC" name and brand are proprietary to Clean Core, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use ARC's trademarks or brand identifiers.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

In no event shall ARC's total liability to you exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ARC regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
